Introduction
Unitrans Africa is a diversified contractual logistics company serving the needs of selected sub-Saharan African markets. We were initially approached by their agency to conduct an in-depth user experience audit. The success of the audit led to us being asked to redesign, rebuild and relaunch the website.
Success Drivers
We worked closely with the agency to understand their client’s needs and manage their expectations. It was explained that the aim wasn’t to change everything but to rather move the website’s evolution along slightly. We needed to achieve a design that was similar but more market-related as well as build a foundation for the site that would not only be strong and secure but that would allow for easy management.
