We branded some cycling shirts

We've got branded cycling shirts, yep, you didn't read that wrong... We spend a huge amount of time behind our computer screens, but that's not where we spend all of our time.Β As much as we love being there, making magic, we also love being outdoors - see, we're geeks, but not typical geeks, getting a tan doesn't scare us... too much. Over the past few months, members of our team have taken up mountain biking and from this stemmed the idea of having corporate branded cycling shirts printed. Getting healthier and doing some branding at the same time - we think it's a good mix. Dabbling with some Fireworks, a flick of Photoshop and a dosing of Illustrator we mocked up a design that we were really happy with:   iD_cyclingshirts   None of us here felt like modelling the shirt for the blog so we had to go out into the wild and find a riderΒ wearing the shirt! Update: Some friends of iMod Digital wearing our shirts at the Argus Mountain Bike Challenge.

Now where can we buy them for R150 each, like the PPA sponsored shirts? πŸ˜‰
You sell cheap cheap, we advertise your brand! πŸ˜›

@Eric – That’s definitely something we can consider. The production of the shirts was expensive, I’d have to calculate the opportunity cost and see how that sits with the business, but let’s keep this open, it’s something I’ll definitely look into. Thank you very much for your comment and appreciation!

Shirt is absolutely great. Really really comfortable and looks better than I expected. Anatomic shirts have really good ventilation, something I havent found from the normal off the shelves Craft or First Ascent etc. Price is definitely more, but worth it.
Maybe Chris will give away one in a competition or something πŸ™‚ I know riders are always looking for new shirts.
Im happy, guess I need to get some action photos of it during an event πŸ˜‰

So pleased to hear that, Ian. Thank you for taking the shirt to the top of Tokai (in 30+ degree weather to boot)! I will need to order another batch of shirts, perhaps that’s something I can do towards the start of 2013 – production does take about 3 weeks or so though.

All you need now is one that I can wear while in the gym or playing hockey etc πŸ˜‰

@James – We’re actually going to be creating some gym shirts early in 2013 as a number of women have asked us for some, so that’s on the cards and will more than likely happen fairly soon!

    Nice looking shirt Chris. πŸ™‚
Do you have any experience with Springleap? Might be an option for companies that don’t have their own designers.

I’m getting into it, perhaps not as fast as I could, but slow and easy wins the race. It trumps jogging or going to the gym, that much I can say! Glad you like the shirts, Louise πŸ™‚
